Who is Raul Barcelo?
Young and dynamic Spanish chef with more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality sector. He has made his passion his job.
Graduated from the IES Guillem d'Alcalá school, in Valencia (ES). He completed his internship at Ricard Camarena (with 1 Michelin star), and having worked in good restaurants such as Namua Gastronòmic and La Sastrería (1 Sol Repsol), serving as head chef, R&D team, menu creation, menu, buffet and catering.
He made traditional and avant-garde cuisine, specializing in rice dishes (paellas), having extensive experience in creative cuisine. With a restless spirit and desire to make his know-how known, he finally settled in the Lemanic region (Switzerland).
